Nourish & Restore 

Nourish & Restore is a gentle, restorative, mindfulness-based class designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself during pregnancy or postpartum. In the midst of caring for everyone else, this is time intentionally set aside to care for you.

Together, we will:

  • Calm and regulate your nervous system through guided breathwork

  • Practice guided mindfulness to quiet racing thoughts

  • Release physical tension with gentle, supportive movement

  • Restore your energy with grounding and restorative practices

  • Deepen your connection to your body and your baby

This class is welcoming, nurturing, and accessible for all levels. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to show up for yourself.

What to bring:
A yoga mat or a blanket, an open mind, and your beautiful self.

Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, restored, and more connected.
