Support Groups

Moms’ Group – All expecting and postpartum moms are welcome.

Every new mom deserves to feel seen, heard and supported. Whether you are a client of KOPD or a member of the wider community, you are welcome to join us for pregnancy or postpartum support at our KOPD moms’ group.

While we discuss new topics each month, we also value helping you through open forum discussion opportunities. Come to the group to bond with others in a similar phase of life, while being supported by professional doulas.

There is no time limit on your pregnancy or postpartum journey. If you are expecting, or you have had a baby and feel you would benefit from support, or if you have support to offer others, please join us. Feel free to share this information with your friends and community. We can’t wait to see you there!

We meet In-Person every Tuesday night at 5:00-7:00pm in our office. 2000 Valley Forge Circle, Suite 121, King of Prussia. Use Google maps, which will bring you right to our private, exterior entrance.

Current KOPD clients should check the KOPD families page on Facebook, and if you are not a KOPD client, please feel free to text the business line (484)-393-5181 to confirm the meeting is happening.

Dad’s Group – All expecting and postpartum dads are welcome.

Dads need support too.  Is your partner looking to learn, process and connect with other fathers that are expecting or recently had a baby? Mention this group to him.  We would love to have him join us.

Led by a male therapist, this group meets on the THIRD Wednesday of each month virtually at 6:30pm. Occasionally, we plan in person groups for the Dads to meet as well.

Current KOPD clients should check the KOPD families page for the Zoom link on Facebook, and if you are not a KOPD client, please feel free to text the business line (484)-393-5181 to confirm the meeting is happening.

Support Groups provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can share their experiences and feelings with others who are going through similar challenges.
