From the very beginning of my pregnancy through labor and birth, their team supported me with a level of expertise, presence, and emotional intelligence that went far beyond anything I expected. I was pursuing a VBAC and an unmedicated birth, and at every stage they treated my goals with respect, confidence, and unwavering belief in my body’s ability to do this.

When early labor started, they were available immediately — helping me differentiate between prodromal labor and true labor, guiding me through the Miles Circuit, hydration, rest, and decision-making with calm, evidence-based reassurance. I never felt dismissed, rushed, or left guessing. They helped me trust what I was feeling while also staying grounded and practical.

During active labor, their support was everything. They provided continuous emotional grounding, advocacy, and quiet strength exactly when I needed it most. They knew when to step in and when to step back. Their presence made me feel safe, capable, and deeply supported — which is exactly what every mom deserves.

Because of their care, I achieved the VBAC and unmedicated birth I had hoped for. But more than that, I walked away feeling empowered, proud, and emotionally whole from my birth experience — something that can’t be overstated.

Christina was awesome and so full of knowledge! She picked up my placenta, took it
to her house, did the process and bought back the pills 2 days later. She also sent
pictures so I could see the process. She was so sweet and answered any and all of m
y questions. So glad she did the work at her house so my 4 and 5 year old didn’t ge
t into anything like they normally do 🙂 Truly enjoyed talking to her and the whole
experience.

Lacey and Alex are amazing doulas that every woman at the brink of motherhood should have as a guide. They are so knowledgeable in all areas regarding birth, whether it’s evidence-based or holistic practices, and provides moms with the confidence and knowledge to advocate for the birth they want. They’re insanely supportive—I don’t know how they survive with handling all the dumb questions I’ve sent personally about my pregnancy, but no matter the question, they will always answer with warmth and encouragement. During the birth, Alex was on the phone and Lacey had arrived and both were invaluable in the process. Both Lacey and Alex were encouraging me through the painful contractions, and instinctively knew what positions I should be to have the smoothest birth ever. I was able to have the most ideal dream birth ever with them, and I can’t thank them enough.

Alex and Lacey were truly the dream doula team! If I choose to have another child, I 100% want them to be with me through the journey! From the very first zoom meeting, they gave off such a warm and comforting vibe! It was easy to reach them and they were always there for me through my prenatal months, birth, and postpartum months! I had a 58 hour labor, and my doulas were there every step of the way! They made sure to support me the whole time and advocate when needed! They continue to support me post partum too, which I am forever grateful for! I highly recommend Alex and Lacey be part of your birth team!
