We had an incredible experience with King of Prussia Doulas for the second birth of our son. Amanda was with our son from his second week of life until three months old and her care for our family as a whole allowed us to relish in the joy of having a newborn while also getting crucial rest and peace of mind. Amanda’s support for our family was a gamechanger and I am not sure what we would have done without her. Lacey’s team is caring, professional and trustworthy. I would recommend KOP Doulas to anyone who is expecting a child.

After having a traumatic birth and recovery with my first child, we wanted to do everything possible to make our second experience different. King of Prussia Doulas, and specifically Amanda, made that more than possible! From the first contact, we felt supported and so much more at ease about giving birth again. Amanda has become an honorary family member! Our daughter decided to come 4 weeks early and to our relief, Amanda was able to change around our start date and be there for our first night home! It made a world of difference. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and overall the best! She not only supported our newborn but us as a couple and our one yr old son through his transition. We loved working with King of Prussia Doulas. They were kind, prompt, organized, and professional! Grace was invaluable during our birth. It wound up being a very scary medical scenario for me and I (much to my dismay) was not allowed an epidural, so she was instrumental in helping me through a very intense birth. She stayed longer after as well just to make sure I was okay after an unexpected surgery. Post partum the group has been wonderful as well. If we have another one we will definitely be using KOP doulas again!

I honestly feel like Karla turned everything around for us. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. She immediately put my husband and I at ease, and made me feel validated after weeks of doctors visits where I didn’t feel taken seriously. After one night she had a bunch of recommendations that we happily ran with, and helped with a sleeping schedule. A few weeks later and it’s like we have a different baby – his reflux is under control, he’s sleeping, and he’s much happier! The support also allowed my husband and I to reset, and we’re both in a place where we can be the best parents to our baby. Reaching out to KOP Doulas and being connected with Karla was the best parenting decision we’ve made so far, and we’re so thankful for her support <3

I can’t even begin to explain how thankful we are that Lacey was with us. I know it was such a long and complicated labor and she must have been absolutely exhausted.
