We loved working with King of Prussia Doulas. They were kind, prompt, organized, and professional! Grace was invaluable during our birth. It wound up being a very scary medical scenario for me and I (much to my dismay) was not allowed an epidural, so she was instrumental in helping me through a very intense birth. She stayed longer after as well just to make sure I was okay after an unexpected surgery. Post partum the group has been wonderful as well. If we have another one we will definitely be using KOP doulas again!

I honestly feel like Karla turned everything around for us. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. She immediately put my husband and I at ease, and made me feel validated after weeks of doctors visits where I didn’t feel taken seriously. After one night she had a bunch of recommendations that we happily ran with, and helped with a sleeping schedule. A few weeks later and it’s like we have a different baby – his reflux is under control, he’s sleeping, and he’s much happier! The support also allowed my husband and I to reset, and we’re both in a place where we can be the best parents to our baby. Reaching out to KOP Doulas and being connected with Karla was the best parenting decision we’ve made so far, and we’re so thankful for her support <3

I can’t even begin to explain how thankful we are that Lacey was with us. I know it was such a long and complicated labor and she must have been absolutely exhausted. I felt so supported, heard and seen and I couldn’t have imagined going through it all without her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Vivi and Dani were invaluable support for me during my home birth. Vivi was with me through the night as active labor started around midnight. My contractions started at 2 mins apart only got more intense as labor progressed. Vivi helped me stay focused and provided counter pressure and encouragement as I labored. She was there with exactly what I needed to hear when I started to doubt myself. Dani came in the morning with a fresh set of hands for counter pressure and was there with me when we welcomed our baby girl into the world. Dani talked me through after care, helping me stay focused on baby while my midwife cleaned me up. Dani helped clean up the house while I bonded with baby which was a help to my husband as well. Working with KOP Doulas really made a difference in my birth experience. I felt supported and informed going into labor. I took their child birth class and the infant feeding class which made me more confident during my pregnancy and after. Michelle Arrieta hosted both classes and was fantastic. Michelle took the time to talk to my husband and I after class when we had questions and even helped us during our search for a home birth midwife. I’m not sure I would have had the guts to go for a home birth if it wasn’t for Michelle. I’m so glad I met Michelle and went for the type of birth that felt right for our family. We will cherish the memory for the rest of our lives.
