Kristen supported our family overnight for three months after our second baby was born, and I truly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. From the very beginning, she brought a sense of calm, care, and understanding into our home. She was incredible with our baby, and I always felt completely at ease knowing he was in her hands. Thanks to Kristen, I was able to rest and recover, and she even stayed with me during overnight feeds just to talk and check in, which made those exhausting nights feel far less lonely. She supported both me and my husband through the transition from one to two kids, offered great newborn care tips (her diaper ointment rec changed our lives!), and went above and beyond to prepare us emotionally and practically for my return to work. Kristen is more than a caregiver – she’s a steady, reassuring presence when you need it most. I can’t recommend her enough to any family looking for support in the postpartum months.

Having Kristen help out as a post partum night time doula was wonderful! She’s a confident, kind, and supportive presence. I immediately felt comfortable getting some rest while she took great care of our baby. She’s very communicative, responsive and flexible. Fully recommend!

Everyone we worked with at KOP was kind, professional, and worked tirelessly to support us. From Lacey during our initial conversations about what support looked like to working with Ashley for overnight support (felt like having an angel with us postpartum), and Amanda who stepped in to give us extra coverage and worked so hard to find additional coverage for us. Such a wonderful operation full of caring women supporting women (and their families!)

My husband and I really enjoyed taking this course with Christina. She was an upbeat and friendly energy that got us confident and ready to handle any sort of situation with our upcoming newborn. It was a very intimate experience and we are so thankful to have learned it in person rather than watching something online. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and took us through each step! So thankful for this class!

The Childbirth Education class was extremely helpful to my husband and I! We did not have much knowledge going into the class, and we feel very prepared now on what to expect on the stages of labor and possible medical interventions from the hospital team. We highly recommend this class!
